Over the years we have been asked several questions and as they come up we add them to our list. What is the range on your scooters?

Our inventory is rated to last 7 – 8.5 miles. Factors such as weight, speed, incline, and temperature will affect this range.

Is there a minimum or maximum rental length?

Since we conveniently drop off all rental equipment straight to your doorstep or hotel lobby; we currently have a 2 day minimum on all rentals. There is no maximum length for a rental; month long rentals are available (and given a discount!).

Are there any coupons or discounts?

Our small business would like to thank all current service members and veterans for their sacrifice to this country. Military discounts are available! Multi-week and month long rental discounts are given as well. For exact pricing and information, just give us a call.

Will my scooter break down to fit in my car?

Yes, our scooters easily break down to conveniently fit in your vehicle. For reference, a Honda CRV, or Chevy Equinox can fit 1-2 Scooters in the trunk depending on what other luggage and items are in the car.

What Is the weight capacity for my scooter?

Our inventory ranges from 275 lbs – 350 lbs depending on the model and wheel base. We strive to keep the highest quality and most durable scooters available. If you have individual questions about this, please let us know.

What Is your refund policy?

We understand things happen; in the event that you have to cancel your reservation there is no cancelation fee if over 48 hours notice.

What if I want to change my reservation?

Easy! Simply give us a call at (865) 280 3390. Extending your rental, adding another wheelchair/scooter, or revising pickups/delivery can easily be done.
